Child Care Assistance
Families interested in applying for School Readiness child care assistance must apply through the Single Point of Entry.

School Readiness child care assistance is funded by the Early Learning Coalition of Duval. ELC of Duval contracts with the Jacksonville Children's Commission to provide services for eligible families through September 14.
How Do I Get Help Paying For Child Care?
School Readiness child care assistance is available to families who are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level and are employed at least 20 hours per week OR a student taking at least 12 credit hours.
Families need to apply through the Single Point of Entry (SPE) by clicking here. If you need help applying or have questions you can contact our Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) network at 904-208-2044 x 7 or by email at ccrr@elcofduval.org.
Once you apply, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a CCR&R staff person. If you are potentially eligible, you will be placed on the Wait List until enrollment takes place, depending on availability of funding.
