ELC of Duval provides developmental screening services to all children receiving School Readiness child care financial assistance using a tool called the Ages and Stages Questionnaire.

This tool screens development in 5 areas:

• communication
• gross motor
• fine motor
• problem solving
• personal-social skills

Children who are identified with any developmental delays or concerns will receive additional support.
