ELC of Duval is using the ARRA/Stimulus funds to help families receive Child Care Assistance

If you have received an ARRA/Stimulus packet or been enrolled in the ARRA/Stimulus Child Care Assistance program, please contact:

ARRA/Stimulus funds are available for child care assistance to families who are at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level and are employed at least 20 hours per week OR a student taking at least 12 credit hours.

Families need to apply through the Single Point of Entry (SPE) by clicking on the button to the right that asks "Need help paying for child care?". If you need help applying you can contact our Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) network at 904-208-2044 x 7 or by email at ccrr@elcofduval.org.

Once you apply, your application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a CCR&R staff person. If you are potentially eligible, you will be placed on the Wait List until enrollment takes place, depending on availability of funding. To check your status on the wait list, update your address or information or if you have any other questions; please contact CCR&R at 904-208-2044 x7 or ccrr@elcofduval.org.
