Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) provides customer service, resources and information for ELC of Duval programs. We are happy to serve our clients and customers at our office:

Monday thru Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

We offer appointments during our busiest times,
11:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday thru Thursday.
